Our Vision

Our Vision includes the following aims:

1. To encourage the expression of unity among evangelical churches and organisations in Brighton and Hove.
   
   
2. To encourage leaders and churches to pray together; particularly for the success of the gospel and for revival in our area.
   
   
3. To create opportunities for discussion of theological and practical issues, acknowledging that, while differences remain, we are all seeking to come to a fuller understanding of the truth in submission to the word of God.
   
   
4. To co-operate together wherever possible in ministries of mercy and compassion in order to help meet the many practical and social needs of our area.
   
   
5. To work together in mission on such occasions as the various churches feel able to do so. Also to worship together on such occasions as the churches believe appropriate.
   
   
6. To express an evangelical response, voice and position to those who might approach us, such as the local media.
   
   
7. To encourage a strong commitment to a local church by individual Christians as part of our commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ.
   
   
8. To provide a link with national EA and local expression of EA UK concerns.
